Que partagent Ford, General Motors, Volvo, Polestar et Rivian ? Hormis d'\u00eatre des constructeurs de voitures \u00e9lectriques, toutes ces marques ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'adopter le chargeur NACS<\/strong>, le fameux connecteur de Tesla.<\/p>\n

Depuis mai 2023, l'entreprise dirig\u00e9e par Elon Musk s'est lanc\u00e9e dans une vaste conqu\u00eate du march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain de la recharge. L'ambition est affich\u00e9e : rel\u00e9guer le Combo CCS au second plan et faire du NACS le principal standard de recharge \u00e9lectrique aux Etats-Unis.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comme dit plus haut, Ford est le premier \u00e0 avoir sign\u00e9 un partenariat avec Tesla<\/a>, suivi ensuite de General Motors<\/a>, de Volvo, de Rivian et de Polestar. D'ailleurs et face \u00e0 l'engouement de ces constructeurs, plusieurs \u00e9tats am\u00e9ricains se sont \u00e9galement rang\u00e9s en faveur de l'adoption du NACS<\/strong>. C'est par exemple le cas du Texas qui souhaite que la norme soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9e rapidement sur toutes les stations de recharge install\u00e9es sur son territoire. Plusieurs fournisseurs d'\u00e9nergie ont d'ailleurs protest\u00e9 contre cette mesure<\/a>.<\/p>\n
