SFR est concern\u00e9 par 47,6% des plaintes de clients en 2018, r\u00e9v\u00e8le le\u00a015\u00e8me<\/sup> Observatoire des plaintes et insatisfactions dans le secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications de l'AFUTT. Sans surprise, l'op\u00e9rateur au carr\u00e9 rouge s'impose une nouvelle fois comme le champion des plaintes utilisateurs. On\u00a0remarquera n\u00e9anmoins une\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 2017.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
