SFR vient de se voir attribuer le Cactus d'Or 2017 pour avoir pourri la vie de ses clients tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e. Cette nouvelle r\u00e9compense, d\u00e9cern\u00e9e par l'association 60 millions de consommateurs, vise \u00e0\u00a0 \u00ab encourager \u00bb l'op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 redoubler d'efforts pour traiter sa client\u00e8le de fa\u00e7on plus d\u00e9licate en 2018. Une distinction bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

En France, comme dans tous les pays du monde, certaines entreprises choient leurs clients, tandis que d'autres leur en font voir de toutes les couleurs. Afin de punir cette seconde cat\u00e9gorie, l'association 60 millions de consommateurs vient d'avoir l'excellente id\u00e9e d'organiser la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie des Cactus d'Or. Cette nouvelle c\u00e9r\u00e9monie se tiendra tous les ans, et vise \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser les entreprises qui ont \u00ab\u00a0plus ou moins gravement, plus ou moins intentionnellement, \u00ab pourri \u00bb la vie de leurs clients<\/strong> \u00bb tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Il ne s'agit pas d'une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00e0 proprement parler, mais d'un dossier publi\u00e9 dans le magazine 60 millions de consommateurs \u00e9dit\u00e9 par l'Institut national de la consommation. Pour cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition 2017, plusieurs entreprises ont re\u00e7u un cactus.
